Hi Jacqui. Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry you've been having trouble accessing our deals. It sounds like it could be an issue with our website on your WiFi, sometimes this happens and it doesn't respond as it should. Could you try turning your WiFi off on your phone and using your 3G or 4G to access one of the deals? If this doesn't work it could be an issue with the browser that you're using, maybe try to access our website on a different browser to see if it works? In regards to the incomplete profile, have you entered the renewal dates for your energy bills into your account? Also, if you refer a friend to become a member this could boost your profile. Hi there, I have been using NHS discounts for some years now, and have always found them great. However, recently I seem to be having issues with my account. I receive your emails ok, but once I try and click on a link to one of the deals, nothing happens, or the green 'please wait' screen appears but nothing else happens. My account also states that it is only 50% complete, yet there is no more information to give as far as I can see. I'm wondering if there is an issue with my account? It was working fine before, until I tried to use it via my phone! Many thanks for your help

That's great to hear that you've found out about our discounts Irene. Yes, I'm sure there are plenty of retired NHS staff that don't realise they can use our discounts, we're certainly trying to get this message out to them though.
