          Hi Katie.
Which discount is it that you’re trying to use? To claim one of our deals you need to go through our website. Once you click on the ‘Get Deal’ button you’ll be taken to our partner’s website where your discount will either be added automatically or we will provide you with a voucher code.
          Hope this helps,
          Andy

Hello Andy I have registered for the NHS discounts ands gone onto the Urban outfitters site through the NHS site and the discounts offered are the same for everyone even if I access them away from the NHS site. do I have to put some code in to get the extra discount or is it the same for all people not just NHS?

Hi Daksha. This Urban Outfitters offer is a general sale and the prices show the discount. Any exclusive deals say ‘NHS Discount’ or ‘Exclusive’ on them. Hope this helps.

When I try to shop online from M&S it asks for a promo code on checkout, which I suppose is equivalent to the cash back discount. If so, what is the promo code for the same?

Hi Julie. If you have an NHS email address or NHS ID badge, then register as ‘NHS Staff’ and select the NHS organisation that funds your place of work. If you don’t see your address listed, then please select a close match. Thanks, Andy

Hi Ann. If you could fill out the registration form with your details then you can claim our discounts. As a majority of our deals can be used online they don’t require an NHS ID pass. There are a few offers which require an active NHS email address to claim. Hope this helps. Andy

I tend not to buy online but like to purchase in shops etc. I do get these offers emailed to me but when I call up for example, RAC, they say no discount! I’m thinking of buying a new iphone but would prefer to go into the shop…. is there a chance I could still get a discount purchasing like this/

      Andy Fullard Post author

Hi Julie. Our discounts can only be claimed through our website sorry, which is why you couldn’t get a discount at RAC over the phone. We do have a Cashback Card which you can use in-store at selected retailers but this is a separate offer. We have some fantastic online deals for the iPhone 7 on our website, if you have any questions please get in touch. Thanks, Andy

Just a note if you have dual tarrifs for electricity ie standard and white meter (Storage heaters) the electricity saving is no good for you, I was advised to phone up the main energy suppliers, but have had experience of this before and it is near to impossible. Could you look at factoring this in on the next discount offer, disappointed user.

Hi Terence, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear that you were unable to make a saving this time around, the aim of the campaign is to ensure than no members are overpaying on their energy and if you’re unable to make a saving, then you must already be on a good deal. We hope we’ll be able to save you money on your bill in the future, be sure to look out for the next energy campaign that we’ll be running shortly. Thanks, Andy

The discount will either be added automatically or we will provide you with a discount code to enter at the checkout. I hope this helps.

Hi Jane. Yes the person who is going to use the account needs to register with their email address. Our discounts are all claimed online, they can’t be used in-stores. There are a number of offers that are exclusive to current NHS staff only, however there are many deals that your family can use too. If you have any questions please let me know.

Just been going through your new look website. It looks very pretty with all the logos but for me is unnecessary. Is there any way I can make the list of the participating companies show up as a favourite view?

Glad you like the look and thanks the feedback. No there isn’t at the moment, sorry. I don’t think you could do this on our old site, as far as I’m aware. It may be something that we can add in the future. For now, we update this blog post with all the latest brands that are on our website each month.

We don’t offer an NHS discount card as such, because our discounts are claimed online. If you are referring to our Cashback Card, this is a separate offer which is only available to NHS staff. However, you are entitled to join our discounts scheme and use the offers on our website. Hope this helps!

Hi Laurence. The use of an NHS card in-stores isn’t anything to with us sorry, our discount scheme is online and can only be used through our website. I’m not sure whether Argos usually accept NHS discount in-stores, I would suggest contacting them directly. Hope this helps.

Ive been enjoying the website for years thanks to my links with the NHS and health policy etc. However, I would like teh cashback card, but dont actually have an NHS email address. Does that mean only NHS email address holders can benefit from that? seems very restrictive.
