Hi, I am a locum pharmacist in community pharmacy, can I join? I can’t see any options for this job description on your list… Do you have to be working in hospital pharmacy to be eligible?

Hi Julie. If you have an NHS email address or NHS ID badge, then register as ‘NHS Staff’ and select the NHS organisation that funds your place of work. If you don’t see your address listed, then please select a close match. Thanks, Andy

Hi Ann. If you could fill out the registration form with your details then you can claim our discounts. As a majority of our deals can be used online they don’t require an NHS ID pass. There are a few offers which require an active NHS email address to claim. Hope this helps. Andy

I tend not to buy online but like to purchase in shops etc. I do get these offers emailed to me but when I call up for example, RAC, they say no discount! I’m thinking of buying a new iphone but would prefer to go into the shop…. is there a chance I could still get a discount purchasing like this/

Hi Julie. Our discounts can only be claimed through our website sorry, which is why you couldn’t get a discount at RAC over the phone. We do have a Cashback Card which you can use in-store at selected retailers but this is a separate offer. We have some fantastic online deals for the iPhone 7 on our website, if you have any questions please get in touch. Thanks, Andy

Just a note if you have dual tarrifs for electricity ie standard and white meter (Storage heaters) the electricity saving is no good for you, I was advised to phone up the main energy suppliers, but have had experience of this before and it is near to impossible. Could you look at factoring this in on the next discount offer, disappointed user.

Hi Terence, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear that you were unable to make a saving this time around, the aim of the campaign is to ensure than no members are overpaying on their energy and if you’re unable to make a saving, then you must already be on a good deal. We hope we’ll be able to save you money on your bill in the future, be sure to look out for the next energy campaign that we’ll be running shortly. Thanks, Andy
